Alicia Tuckerman attended the University of Newcastle and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Communication studies.
Following graduation, Alicia worked at Baker & McKenzie, Sydney in a support services role before moving to Brighton in the United Kingdom, where she worked for four years at the practice of Tennant & Knight in the area of family law.
On her return to Australia, Alicia worked as a law clerk at Fiocco’s Lawyers, a firm with a broad practice area ranging from commercial litigation to personal injury claims. In early 2011 Alicia took a hiatus from work in the legal field to pursue a career in writing young adult fiction.
In September 2011 Alicia returned to the workforce and commenced work at Bradley Bayly Legal as David Bayly’s Executive Assistant. Alicia now works in the role of law clerk and prides herself on her approachable style and giving each client the attention deserved.
Alicia’s first novel, If I Tell You was published and released by Pantera Press in early 2018.
