Ben Hansberry completed a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Commerce at UWA in 2008.
Prior to joining Bradley Bayly Legal, Ben commenced his legal career in March 2009 and was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2010.
Ben is experienced in medical negligence and professional negligence claims, motor vehicle personal injury claims, matters relating to Fatal Accident Act claims, public liability claims (such as occupiers’ liability, marine accidents, shopping centres, restaurants, strata claims, school authority claims and cyclone-related matters), property damage claims, workers’ compensation claims and catastrophic injury claims.
Ben has appeared in the Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court, acted as instructing solicitor at a number of trials in the District Court and Supreme Court and has conducted pre-trial conferences and informal conferences.
Ben describes himself as being sport obsessed. He has a keen interest in AFL (being an avid supporter of the West Coast Eagles), cricket and pretty much any sports involving a ball being thrown, kicked or hit around. His other personal interests include a love of travelling, enjoying good food, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
