Rebecca Pendrill has been employed by Bradley Bayly Legal since 2005 and graduated from Murdoch University in 2014. Rebecca is admitted as a practitioner in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and has been involved in civil litigation matters including assisting counsel at trial. Her primary area of practice involves representing catastrophically injured people with regard to insurance claims.
Rebecca has appeared in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and District Court as well as the State Administrative Tribunal in Western Australia with respect to guardianship and administration matters.
She has also assisted in RSPCA prosecutions and appeared at a trial in the Metropolitan Magistrates Court (pro bono).
