Tahlia Butterfill developed a passion for the practice of law while a student at Applecross Senior High School. Tahlia’s first preference for high school work experience was to work in a law firm which she did. Tahlia then achieved the ATAR score necessary to enrol in the Bachelor of Laws course at Murdoch University and actually enrolled in a double degree being a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology which she commenced in the 2019 academic year. Not only does Tahlia study full-time, she has, for the majority of her tertiary career, worked full-time.
Tahlia continues working full-time, commencing as a law clerk at Bradley Bayly Legal in December 2019 and also continuing to provide tutoring services to her fellow Murdoch University students. Having proven to be a very capable law clerk Tahlia was seconded to the Bradley Bayly Legal child sexual abuse team of which she is now an invaluable member.
